As part of our ongoing process to ensure our servers remain secure and updated, we will be migrating your hosting service from cloud823.thundercloud.uk to cloud752.thundercloud.uk.
This is required because the operating system your server currently uses will be End-Of-Life in Q3 2024, and will no longer receive security or other updates after this date.
Your migration date will be Tuesday 28th of May 2024
Please check your current domains and accounts and delete any that are no longer being used and/or no longer needed in that account. This will increase the speed of the migration and reduce complexity on the day.
IF YOU ARE USING OUR DNS SERVERS
Provided you do not use an external DNS service, such as Cloudflare, then you should ensure that the nameservers associated with any domains are set to:
ns0.thundercloud.uk
ns1.thundercloud.uk
Email client settings: If you or your customers have not yet switched to using your domain name (e.g. mail.yourdomain.com) as your mail server hostname name for incoming and outoing server settings in your mail client, we strongly recommend that you do so before the migration date as this will reduce any downtime on the date of migration, and make any future migrations simpler.

IF YOU USE AN EXTERNAL DNS SERVICE - FOR EXAMPLE CLOUDFLARE
If domains on your hosting account(s) are not using our shared DNS servers, then you will need to update your DNS services to point to the following location on the day of migration:
Server: cloud752.thundercloud.uk
IP: 149.255.62.153
POP/IMAP: cloud752.thundercloud.uk
